    Allyson is very well, she decided to leave Food in a Minute in the middle of 2008 as she wanted to spend more time with her family. So we collaboratively planned for her to leave the programme and help us find her replacement. The first show with Lana went to air on 26th January.

    In September of last year Food in a Minute began the “Great Kiwi Cook Search” to find a new host. After searching restaurants, talent agencies and cooking schools and accepting online applications, the Food in a Minute Team narrowed it down to six finalists who were then featured on the website. The winner, Lana, was announced in December and featured on TV in January.
