    I’d have 3 pieces and then force my vegen friends to eat some.

    After the initial 15 minute suger rush and erratic fits of energy rolling around on the ground legs twitching…………………I’d then take another slice and sacrifice it as burnt offering to the noble spirit power gods of Cadburys secret church.

    1/2 stick unsalted butter
    13 oz. high quality unsweetened chocolate, chopped (Valrhona brand is top quality)
    2/3 cup chopped nuts
    1/3 cup all purpose flour
    1/3 cup superfine sugar (not powdered but not regular either)
    1/4 cup water
    2 tbs. Cointreau (I used Triple Sec)
    6 eggs whites beaten to medium peaks
    6 egg yolks

    Bake at 350 fahrenheit for 25-30 min.
