It is just perfect. And for the money, I could not go wrong. It is light weight and works fine as a double boiler.

I have never double boiled anything and this product leads me to believe it’s easy because I was able to melt my chocolate effortlessly and cleanup was a breeze. I love the sturdiness and yet it’s so so light at the same time. I would buy more pots from this brand and style.

I use this for chocolate primarily..it works very well…I have used it quite a few times over the holiday season and haven’t burned chocolate yet!!!!

This is great! It was perfect for dipping cherries. Anything bigger would not have worked as well. It reminds of the roaster my mom used to have. It is the same material. I am sure to have years of use from this.
