the pans are a bit lighter weight than I thought they would be from the picture, and the rivets that attach the handle to the pan seem pretty small even for the small size of the pan. Since I have yet to actually use it though, I’ll give 4 stars… for now…

Double boilers, once a standby in most kitchens, have practically disappeared on the retail market. I was, therefore, very pleased to find a choice of these items on Amazon, and I am also very pleased with the one which I selected. The Innova stainless-steel double boiler set is just what’s needed for gentle cooking.

I have a set of Innova Classicor and I love them. I have had them for about 10 years and I haven’t had any problems with them. My set didn’t come with the double boiler so I decided to get this one. It also could be used as a spare 2 qt. sauce pan.
