A simple recipe that I love is: Crumble leftover sponge cake, add cut dates, add a teaspoon or so of rum and mix the whole thing up. Make small balls and roll them in melted chocolate. Rum balls!!! 
Another one that you can try out is a simple chocolate mousse. Add a tsp or so of gelatin to warm water (use pack instructions), add cream and sugar. In the meantime, melt dark chocolate and add. Mix well and let it set in the refrigerator. Serve with some more chocolate sauce and whipped cream. MMMMMMMM.....</description>
