This is a yummy chocolate cookie recipe, and because of the cookie’s sandy/velvety texture it goes great with coffee!! I screwed up on the second part of the ingredients, it’s 1/4 cup of cocoa powder!! Not one cup, not 3/4 cup, but 1/4 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup!! I’m very sorry… I think I was getting confused between the cocoa powder and the sugar, haha. My bad!
